Core Express is simply focusing on THE CORE! The core is the center of the body: abdominal, back and balance. Core Express have several exercises for the back which will support your posture and help you through your daily work and activities. Balance is an important part of your daily life and will give you a better body control.

As Core Express is a pre-choreographied program we are keeping the same program and music for app 3 months. This to allow you to see your progress in strength and flexibility. Each class is 30 minutes. Core Express is developed and owned by World Class.
